You can track your order through your account page, or through the My Account menu located at the bottom of all Bocad pages, by clicking on "Track Orders", and all you have to do is enter the tracking number that was sent to you via email after placing the order.If the tracking number is not valid, you can contact us through the Contact Us page or via email ( [email protected])

You can return the product or products that you received within fourteen days of the product reaching you. If you wish to return the product, please email us, and you will be notified of the steps you must follow to return the product, and the value of the product will be refunded to you as soon as the product arrives at Pukkade.
